Terms & Conditions

between salome_kontrast/salomekontrast.ch as photographer, hereinafter referred to as «salomekontrast», and the person or company placing the order verbally or in writing, hereinafter referred to as the «client»

  • All prices listed are in Swiss Francs (CHF). Invoices will be issued by kontrastreich
  • All photos, edited images and digitally delivered files are property of salomekontrast. They are protected by copyright (© salomekontrast)
  • Copyright, right of use and ownership are and remain in any case with salomekontrast
  • salomekontrast is allowed to use all images produced for a client (photos, retouches, shootings) for its own purposes
  • Photos/prints/graphics/images may not be reproduced, resold or used online or offline by the client, unless otherwise agreed to in writing
  • Place of jurisdiction is St. Gallen (CH)

Additional conditions for prints

  • Order by client, order confirmation by salomekontrast, OK by client = binding order
  • Full payment of the invoice, final image processing = order to the printing company: the order can now neither be suspended or changed
  • Return of the products is not possible, as they are custom-made products
  • If the printing company cannot execute an order, salomekontrast will inform the client and refund the order if there is no other alternative
  • Standard deliveries are currently only possible to Switzerland. The average delivery time is about 10 to 16 days
  • Deliveries abroad on request
  • The charged delivery costs include a one-time delivery. Repeated deliveries for any reason will be charged to the client
  • salomekontrast does not take over any production or delivery costs that were not caused by salomekontrast‘s fault
  • Damages to the delivered product must be reported to salomekontrast within 5 working days
  • salomekontrast does not assume any liability for damages to the product caused by the client

Additional conditions for image processing and retouching

  • The estimated effort will be discussed and offered in advance
  • After full payment of the fee salomekontrast shares the rights of use of digitally delivered images with the client
  • Drafts, images, graphics etc. may not be taken over or used in any way without the consent of salomekontrast – not even parts of them. Disregard leads to billing
  • If the client delivers images/graphics etc., salomekontrast presupposes that the necessary licenses etc. are available

Additional conditions for commissioned photography (shootings)

  • The requirements and conditions will be defined in advance
  • After the shooting the client can make his choice online
  • If nothing else has been agreed upon, the client will be charged for the retouching and editing of the images according to the time and effort involved
  • The right of use (purpose and duration) are defined in advance
  • Upon delivery of the final, digital files and full payment of the invoice, the client has the right to use the images within the agreed scope of use
